The website has been a big hit with the parents and the First Step Director. First Steps is a brand new center. Having the ability to update content, calendars and pictures has been a great benefit. The site has been live now since the beginning of June. The site has attracted many tours and staffing inquiries.
In June the site only had a few pages and design. Since the launch:
- we have have added in a picture gallery for each room and outdoor play space. Since the opening some new pictures will be added by the director soon.
- calendar with built in RSS, caldev, and XML feed that will work with most calendaring systems.
- Room descriptions, Director Profile, Holiday Schedule and About Us
- Automatic sitemap updating google, yahoo, and bing search engines.
- Contact us form with multiple inquiry types.
